Customer satisfaction is a top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, a refund or exchange may be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Eligibility for Refunds:
Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Certain items such as personalized products or final sale items may not be eligible.
- Return Process:
To initiate a return, contact support with your order number and reason for return. A return address and instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.
- Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
- Exchanges:
If an item is defective or damaged, a replacement can be sent at no additional cost. For size or style exchanges, contact support to check availability and next steps.
- Late or Missing Refunds:
